Downline exists to strengthen and elevate biblical discipleship in and through the local church. They do this primarily through the Downline Institute, a nine-month Bible and discipleship training intensive hosted in Memphis, Tennessee; Little Rock and Conway, Arkansas; and online. Their Emerging Leaders program accepts approximately 30 recent college graduates from across the country and the world to participate in the institute alongside 120 local students and 60 online students. Emerging Leaders participants live in the community, are paired with program alumni for discipleship, volunteer locally, join area churches, and work full-time jobs for the purpose of spiritual growth and fruitfulness.
